Find out more about the Hair Elements Test
Your hair grows and you cut-off the ends. And new hair grows again...out of your body. This can give an insight into what you have in your body - things that change slowly - the building blocks.
As your hair grows, it needs raw material. It does not just appear out of the blue. The origin of your hair is what you have available - what you have inside of you.
And so, the contents of your hair, if you break it down into elements - metals, minerals, trace elements - reveals a lot about what you are exposed to and take in. All of this becomes a part of you.
In your Hair Elements Test, you can see your minerals - calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and sodium. And toxic metal exposures, such as mercury from fish and printer-toner, lead from paint and cocoa, cadmium from cigarettes and cocoa and arsenic from rice - all in your hair.
Your hair can give you clues as to what you should be more aware of - what you need more of and what you should reduce or avoid if you can.
Many minerals and trace elements are highly significant when you want to, for instance, break a chronic pain cycle. Too much copper and too little copper can both be a problem for joint health, the same goes for manganese and zinc. Boron is often overlooked and has a major impact on joint health and inflammation. Lithium can help you stay calm and sleep well while it helps to optimise your inflammatory control. All of these you can see in your Hair Elements Test.
It changes slowly. Your hair grows slowly and so, you would only need to retest in six to nine months, if ever. It depends on what you see when you do the first test and how you feel when you implement what you have learned.
This test can help you see what is happening - both real time in relation to your environment and linked to your lifestyle choices.
Knowing what is going on means you have an opportunity to change it.
